About the Role We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting. Key Responsibilities Make 50+ cold calls per day to potential clients and businesses. Conduct professional cold email campaigns and follow up with prospects. Perform LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests and qualified messaging. Identify and generate new business leads through various online platforms. Qualify prospects and understand their business needs. Schedule and book sales appointments and meetings for the sales team. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Communicate professionally with clients and prospects in English. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments. Manage the sales pipeline and regularly update lead status. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up. Requirements Excellent English communication and speaking skills – Must Have.



Strong confidence in speaking with international clients. Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, or appointment setting is preferred. Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes. Ability to handle client conversations professionally. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and email tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
