Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveIndustry: Open to Any Industry (FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing / Telecom / Banking / Real Estate / B2B)Job Summary:

Responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting customers in the assigned territory, building strong client relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory
- Generate current leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Promote and sell the company's products or services
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline (HSC candidates with relevant experience may also apply)
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Real Estate, Lubricants, Building Materials, Consumer Durables, or B2B sales
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
