Lead II - Software Testing Bangalore · Full Time · On-site

About the Role This role involves leading software testing with a focus on ServiceNow, particularly in ITOM, and requires a strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing integrations, CMDB data validation, and hands-on experience with test management tools. Success in this role depends on the ability to validate backend data and manage defects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead testing efforts in ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Test integrations with monitoring tools to ensure seamless functionality.
- Perform CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing.
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM, and Azure DevOps.
- Apply strong SQL or query skills for backend data validation.
- Leverage understanding of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationships to inform testing strategies.
- Integrate ITIL/ITSM processes and ITOM-ITSM integration knowledge into testing practices.




- Manage and track defects using designated tools.

- Design and implement tests for integrations with monitoring tools.
- Conduct CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing.

- Have a solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and ITOM-ITSM integration.
