Mineral Flowtech Private Limited is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment, specializing in Pumps, Cyclones, Conveyor Motors, and related engineering solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's products to industrial customers.
- Visit customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior sales experience in industrial products is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to build customer relationships.
- Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage.
