Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Kolhapur. The intern will assist with various human resources functions, including HR management, implementing HR policies, and supporting employee benefit programs. Responsibilities will also include managing personnel records, facilitating administrative tasks, and contributing to recruitment and onboarding activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR)
processes and foundational knowledge of HR management principles
Understanding of HR policies and experience in assisting with policy implementation
Knowledge of employee benefits programs and basic personnel management tasks
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Proficient in using HR software and tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
