Primary Social Science Teacher (Grades 3–5)

The Primary Social Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching and foundational Social Science concepts to students in Grades 3–5, fostering curiosity and building a strong understanding of the world around them.

Key Responsibilities

Teach concepts in History, Geography, and Civics.

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.

Assess student learning through assignments, projects, and periodic evaluations.

Maintain academic records and prepare progress reports.

Use stories, activities, maps, and real-life examples to support learning.

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject knowledge in EVS and Primary Social Science.

Effective communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

Commitment to student growth and well-being.

Foster a positive classroom setting and encourage student participation.

Participate in parent meetings, school events, and academic planning activities.
