Job Requirements

Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of People360 and promote a positive and cooperative team environment. Consistently monitor team performance and provide coaching, training and development opportunities for the team.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and that employees receive timely, accurate and high-quality services within the stated KPIs and SLAs.
- Supervise the end-to-end delivery of HR services, including but not limited to onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, payroll and employee queries via case management and chat support mediums.
- Bring in lean methodologies into practice by continuously reviewing and improving HR processes and drive efficiency and drive a data centric way of working. Deliver meaningful data insights as part of People360’s service delivery metrics.
- Partner with People Tech team to ensure system functionality aligns with service delivery needs. Lead design discussions, UATs & SRTs, leverage technology and tools, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure People360 adheres to the legal and compliance requirements as per the Tata Code of Conduct to ensure confidentiality of data,



documents and people records.
- Collaborate with the COEs, Corporate & Regional People Business Partners and ISCM leads to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Partner with business leaders to identify customized solutions as deemed fit and serve as a point of contact for senior leadership.
- Act as a point of contact for all regional escalations, research to identify and resolve cases for issues on complex queries and tasks. Support in developing documentation on processes with control mechanisms to eliminate risks and errors.

Work Experience

- Graduate or MBA/MSW/Post-graduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a similar environment with a proven track record in leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of HR Technology, Processes and compliance requirements and implementation.
- Excellent people management and communication skills alongside managing cross functional / difficult stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ability to deal with varied workload and lead by example.
