- Perform wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, ferruling, and cable harness assembly as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and work instructions.
- Operate manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic crimping tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure correct selection of wires, terminals, connectors, sleeves, ferrules, and heat shrink tubes.
- Verify crimp quality through visual inspection and pull-test as per quality standards.
- Maintain correct wire lengths, terminal orientation, and color coding.
- Report defective materials, damaged tools, and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and traceability documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and ESD practices where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation by following 5S principles.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce defects.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to achieve daily production targets.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
