Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Purpose

The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of real estate construction projects. The role involves coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and work schedules before execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, weekly reports, and project updates.
- Track project timelines and highlight delays, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality checks are conducted at every stage of construction.
- Monitor labour deployment, material availability, machinery, and site resources.
- Verify measurements, bills, work orders, and contractor work completion details.
- Assist in preparing quantity estimates, BOQs, cost comparisons,



and material requirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material ordering and delivery.
- Attend project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and action points.
- Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, and final completion activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of computer software such as MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- The candidate should be capable of handling the entire project independently and be fully responsible for the allotted project.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
