- About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and enhancing brand presence across both online and offline channels.

- Key Responsibilities:

1] Coordinate with online and offline marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

2] Manage and execute social media marketing activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

3] Create and develop infographics, creatives, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.

4] Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive revenue.

5] Collaborate with the e-commerce team for product listings, campaigns, and promotional activities.

6] Develop and optimize A+ Content for marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, etc.

7] Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

8] Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

9] Stay updated with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.

- Required Skills & Competencies:

1] Strong knowledge of social media marketing & digital platforms.





2] Understanding of e-commerce platforms & A+ content creation.

3] Excellent coordination and communication skills.

4] Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams.

5] Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
