- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective repairs.
- Install, assemble, and commission machinery and equipment.
- Inspect pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and other mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Replace worn or damaged parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist in root cause analysis and recommend improvements for equipment reliability.
