Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or related)
Experience: 1+ years in Conventional Lathe Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture components as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
- Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any abnormalities.
- Monitor production quality and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain production records and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S practices.
