Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent that aligns with organizational goals. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a keen understanding of industry hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Identify, attract, and source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
- Facilitate interview rounds and assist hiring managers with evaluation processes.

Employer Branding:

- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Represent the organization in career fairs and campus recruitment events.





Onboarding:

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Manage pre-employment documentation and background verification.

Recruitment Metrics:

- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months-1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
