Job Title: Business Operation Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end business operations across loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, collections, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Monitor key business metrics, operational KPIs, and portfolio performance to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with credit, risk, compliance, finance, and technology teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Optimize operational processes and implement automation to improve turnaround time and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Oversee vendor management and third-party service providers.
- Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and team performance.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare business reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop cross-functional operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 6 + years of experience in business operations, with at least 3–5 years in the payday lending, fintech, NBFC, or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of digital lending operations, loan lifecycle management, collections, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational strategy, and team leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting, data analysis, and operational performance management.
