Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and ongoing offers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead management and campaign follow-ups.
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.

- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled.
- Site visit conversion rate.
- Customer follow-up adherence.
- Sales conversions supported.
- CRM data accuracy and timely updates.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary
- Performance Incentives
- Attendance Incentives (if applicable)
- Additional incentives based on site visit and sales conversions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
