We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of machines sold at our store. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of equipment and provide excellent after-sales service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults in machines
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain service records and reports for each job
- Coordinate with sales team for after-sales support
- Ensure proper handling and safety of machines during service
- Visit customer sites when required (local travel)

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of motors, wiring, and machine operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machines
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel locally for service calls
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in machine service/repair preferred
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
