Job Description

Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for corporate brands, leadership communication, digital campaigns, and social media platforms. This role combines video editing, AI-powered content creation, motion graphics, and graphic design to deliver impactful creative assets for B2B clients.

This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, who is comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency.

You'll work closely with the content, strategy, and design teams to transform ideas into engaging visual stories across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for B2B clients across corporate branding, thought leadership, digital campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
- Design high-quality visual creatives for social media, presentations, websites, marketing collateral, and other digital assets.
- Create AI-assisted videos using text-to-video, image-to-video, AI voiceovers, avatars, and other generative AI tools where appropriate.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and creative treatments based on project briefs.
- Add motion graphics, typography, animations, transitions, sound design, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with content writers, strategists,



and designers to ensure all creative assets align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communication while delivering projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, AI tools, and digital content creation.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in video editing and graphic design with a good understanding of storytelling, composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Figma, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling AI, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Ability to independently conceptualise and execute creative ideas while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field from a reputed design school (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design, or digital content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
