Job Title: Account Manager (Hospitality Industry)

Location: SHAFFA Restaurant, Sector 26, Chandigarh

Experience: 3+ Years (Hospitality Industry)

Salary: ₹30,000 + Duty Meals

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage the restaurant's daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and be familiar with restaurant accounting, vendor payments, GST and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Manage vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management.
- Monitor budgets and help control operational costs.




- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
