- Commerce / Business / Management background
- Any course where communication & client handling is involved

Key Responsibilities

- Handle IndiaMART inquiries (call, WhatsApp, email)
- Regular follow-ups with prospects until closure
- Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, other sources too
- Send connection requests & professional follow-up messages
- Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheets
- Coordinate quotations, samples, and client requirements

Must-Have Skills

- Fluent English communication (mandatory)
- Confident on phone & video calls
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn & IndiaMART
- Good follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets

Good to Have

- B2B sales experience
- CRM experience
