Job Purpose:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth execution of interior projects. This role requires active client interaction, understanding project requirements, and coordinating with site teams to deliver designs that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and 2D/3D presentations for client approval.
- Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
- Interact with clients regularly to present designs, take feedback, and incorporate changes.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers for timely delivery of projects.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with design and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines.




- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong design and visualization skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and functionality.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability in office.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current industry trends.
- Team player with strong coordination skills across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential/commercial fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and site coordination.
