Overview:
We are hiring a senior leader to head Managed Services delivery for US Healthcare operations. This role owns end-to-end service delivery, SLA/KPI governance, claims operations, and large team leadership across Medicaid and Managed Care engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large healthcare operations teams delivering US payer services

- Own SLAs, KPIs, quality, and productivity across managed services

- Drive claims validation, Medicaid & Managed Care operations

- Partner with US stakeholders and handle escalations

- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years in US Healthcare Operations

- Robust experience in Claims Validation, Medicaid & Managed Care

- Proven Managed Services / Service Delivery leadership

- Experience leading large cross-functional teams
