PEB - Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) segment. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, architects,

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within target market segments.

· contractors, and developers.

· Generate leads through networking, market research, and client engagement.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Set and track sales goals, ensuring consistent performance against KPIs.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including coordination with internal teams.

· Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions aligned with project needs.

· Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

· Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer preferences.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.

· Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

 Experience in PEB / Steel Structure / Construction / Industrial Sales

 Strong network with consultants, architects, and construction companies

 Ability to understand technical aspects of projects (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
