We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Coordinator who has worked in the mattress industry and understands the complete order lifecycle — from PO/PI creation to final dispatch. The role requires solid follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate simultaneously with clients, management, factory, and accounts teams.
Experience Required
2–3 Years (Preference to Mattress Industry Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and queries
- Coordinate with management for rate approvals and pricing discussions
- Coordinate with factory team for order preparation, production status, and dispatch planning
- Coordinate with accounts team for party-wise ledger, payment follow-ups, and billing
- Maintain order trackers, MIS reports, and dispatch records in MS Excel
- Ensure smooth communication between all internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in the mattress industry Prefered
- Proficient in MS Excel — PO/PI creation, data entry, order tracking
- Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi/English)
- Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up proactively
- Basic knowledge of accounts and billing processes
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com preferred
