Job description

- Handle and manage incoming customer calls related to destination wedding inquiries at the resort.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients who have submitted destination wedding inquiries through online advertisements and other channels.
- Provide detailed information about wedding venues, accommodation options, packages, pricing, and inclusions.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable wedding packages and event setups.
- Schedule site visits, virtual tours, and meetings with prospective wedding clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (events, sales, operations, and hospitality) to ensure smooth planning and execution of destination weddings.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, bookings,



and client communications in the system.
- Assist clients with booking confirmations, payment coordination, and documentation.
- Address client questions, concerns, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Support the sales and events team in achieving wedding booking targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
