Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, endpoints, and enterprise systems
- Oversee external infrastructure such as cloud services, hosting providers, ISPs, and third-party vendors
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure components
- Monitor systems proactively and handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
- Implement and enforce security controls, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.




- Lead or mentor junior IT/support staff
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort
- Support audits and compliance requirements (ISO, SOC, etc.)
- Participate in IT strategy and long-term infrastructure planning

Required Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems / Network Administration
- Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), and firewalls
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management, backups, and monitoring tools
- Ability to manage external vendors and service providers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of IT security best practices

Qualification & Skills

- Any Engineering Degree / MCA
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of DevOps or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, etc.)
- Exposure to SaaS application administration
- Certifications / course completion such as AWS, Azure, CCNA, MCSE, ITIL preferred
