Job Title: Green Energy Projects Manager

Job Location: Gujarat / Kharkhoda / Manesar / Gurgaon

Required Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical , Electronics Engineering)

Required Experience:
Diploma: 9.9 - 17 Years

B.Tech: 3 – 7 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- End-to-end execution of solar projects from tenders to commissioning.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and financial analysis.
- Supervise & manage site activities, Safety checks & compliance, Project activity reporting
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, grid connection requirements, and safety standards.
- Review layouts, electrical designs, and Energy Scheduling / Open access approvals + grid connectivity (11kV/66kV/132kV).
- Engage with regulators, utilities, and internal utility teams.

Competencies / Skills:

- Expertise in solar utility scale projects, transmission and distribution at EHV and MV level.
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, Zira).




- Solid project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, risk management).
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of SHO-SHO KE-TAN-BI and PO-KE-TE-NA-HA-SI concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- IS Standards related to Electrical systems, Open access Regulations & Procedures

Must Have:

- Utility Scale Solar Installation (Min 1 Mega Watt)
- Able to understand and Implement Electrical Drawings.
- Experience in Electrical Projects.
- AutoCad, MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to initiate Tenders and commission end to end projects.
- Costing and Budget Estimation.

Nice to Have:

- Energy Scheduling
- Open excess approval
- Execution of Transmission line (11KV / 33KV / 66 KV / 132 KV / 220 KV)
- Engage with Regulators, Utilities and internal Utility team.
- Familiarity with Carport Structure Solar.
- Familiarity with Discom Bills, ISTS / GNA Regulations.
