- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops and laptops.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Replace faulty components such as RAM, SSDs, hard drives, keyboards, screens, batteries, and motherboards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization.
- Remove viruses, malware, and other security threats.
- Recover lost data and perform system backups when required.
- Assemble and configure custom desktop computers.
- Provide technical support to customers on-site or remotely.
- Maintain service records and prepare repair reports.
- Recommend suitable hardware or software upgrades to customers.
Required Skills:
