Key Responsibilities

● Enterprise Networking (FortiGate ,Sophos ): Design, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN and SD-WAN environments. Administer Sophos XG/XGS, FortiGate, Cisco Catalyst/ISR/Meraki/ASA, and Aruba CX & ClearPass. Configure VLANs, routing, ACLs, QoS, NAT, DNS, DHCP, HA and network security policies.

● Azure Networking: Manage VNets, NSGs, UDRs, VNet Peering, Private Endpoints, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway, Bastion, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, Private DNS and hybrid connectivity.

● Identity & Directory Services: Manage AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Replication, FSMO roles, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, MFA, SSO and Conditional Access.

● Endpoint Management: Administer Microsoft Intune, , Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, security baselines, patching and application deployment.

● Virtualization: Manage Hyper-V Failover Clusters, Live Migration, VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS and vMotion.

● Cloud Infrastructure: Support Azure VMs, Storage, AKS, App Services, Backup, Site Recovery, Sentinel, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM and RBAC.

● Microsoft 365: Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and mail flow security.

● Backup & Disaster Recovery:



Manage Veeam Backup, Acronis & Replication and Microsoft 365 backups.

● Operations & Automation: Work within ITIL v4 practices using ServiceNow/Zendesk/GLPI; script and automate with PowerShell, Azure CLI and AWS CLI; maintain SOPs and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support.

● Strong working knowledge of Sophos and FortiGate firewalls.

● Solid experience with Azure and AWS networking services.

● Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.

● Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.

● Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.

● Robust troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing role.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
