Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead Engineering & Maintenance operations at an API Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimum equipment reliability, utility availability, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of API manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimum production downtime.
- Maintain process equipment including Glass-Lined Reactors (GLR), Stainless Steel Reactors (SSR), Centrifuges, ANFD, RVD, VTD, Blenders, Pulverizers, Vibro Sifters, Pumps, Agitators, and related equipment.
- Manage plant utilities including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, DG Sets, RO/DM Water Systems, Vacuum Pumps, Nitrogen Systems, ETP, and Solvent Recovery Systems.
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, Schedule M, Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP), and EHS requirements.
- Maintain engineering documentation, preventive maintenance schedules, calibration records, and equipment history.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement CAPA, and drive TPM and OEE improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor development,



and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team while supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
