Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Operations to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The candidate will assist in coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and improving workflow efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and update operational records and reports
- Monitor task progress and follow up on pending activities
- Support process improvements and implement operational best practices
- Handle documentation and data entry accurately
- Assist in inventory and resource management




- Address operational issues and escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operations management and administrative processes

Experience:

- 0–2 years preferred (Freshers can apply)

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Type:

- Full time, Permanent

- In person (Kovur, Chennai)
