- Generate new business through field visits, references, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify current clients such as builders, contractors, consultants, architects, industries, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, and commercial projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Meet existing and potential customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and consultants.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction before and after project completion.
Sales Activities
- Conduct site visits and collect project requirements.
- Coordinate with the estimation team for BOQs and quotations.
- Present company products and services professionally.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Follow up regularly until the order is received.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
