Position: Visa Counselor & Visa Filing Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits, and immigration pathways.
- Assess client profiles and provide suitable visa options based on eligibility.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documents.
- Prepare and review visa application forms for accuracy and completeness.
- File visa applications through online portals and relevant immigration systems.
- Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Address client queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration laws, and application procedures.

Pay: ₹11,018.28 - ₹35,446.57 per month
