Job Summary: CelesteVows is hiring motivated interns for a three-month, in-office role. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to wedding planning, concept development, vendor coordination, and live event execution. Interns will participate in brainstorming sessions and assist with client-ready presentations and planning documents.

Key Responsibilities:



Brainstorm wedding themes and décor styles; create moodboards and concept presentations; support vendor sourcing and quotations; prepare timelines and checklists; assist client communication; coordinate on-site during weddings and events; contribute ideas for client pitches and social content.

Qualifications and Skills: Freshers and early-career candidates from events, hospitality, design, marketing or communications; strong organizational and communication skills; creative mindset; full-time in-office availability with weekend event support; familiarity with Canva, Google Slides or Excel preferred.
