Outlet Operations Lead

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Outlet Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple premium F&B; outlets across Bangalore for a speciality coffee and cacao brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product Operations, and Warehouse to ensure operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence across multiple outlets while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards, and operational best practices.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Lead onboarding, training, and upskilling programs for outlet teams.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning.
- Develop and manage performance review frameworks, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture across all outlets.
- Oversee maintenance, infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, wastage, and warehouse coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and uninterrupted business performance.





Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in multi-unit operations within hospitality, QSR, cafés, retail, or food & beverage.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or store locations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience implementing SOPs and improving operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with inventory management, training, and performance management is highly preferred.
