Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Executive cum Client Coordinator. The role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations who can independently manage and lead consultancy operations for premium clients. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, oversee statutory and HR-related activities, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a consultancy environment, handling multiple clients simultaneously, managing compliance timelines, and providing professional HR and labour law support to organizations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients regarding HR, labour law, payroll, and statutory compliance matters
- Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of services
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through timely support and communication
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance related to HR and compliance processes
- Handle escalations, client queries, and operational issues professionally and efficiently





Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management:

- Manage statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, Factories Act, and other labour law requirements
- Coordinate registrations, amendments, renewals, and filings on relevant government portals
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory activities for clients
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure error-free documentation and submissions
- Stay updated on labour law amendments and communicate relevant updates internally and to clients

HR Operations & Consultancy Support:

- Guide clients on HR processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements
- Assist in policy drafting, employee management processes, and HR operational improvements for clients
- Supervise and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client deliverables
- Maintain accurate records, compliance trackers, reports, and client documentation
- Support management in handling consultancy operations and process improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, labour law compliance, payroll, or consultancy environment
- Experience in handling multiple clients and statutory compliance activities independently





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance processes
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with government portals and statutory filings
- Ability to work independently in a consultancy environment
- Strong leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR/payroll software
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
