Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
- Positive To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve test coverage and reliability.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems to streamline testing workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
