Position Title: Area Sales Manager – Dhoti and Shirt Collection

Working Location : Bangalore

Reports to: ED

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives, providing guidance, training, and task assignments.
- Brand Promotion: Oversee on-ground promotion at events, exhibitions, and cultural festivals to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Retailer & Distributor Management: Build relationships with retailers and ensure proper stock levels and promotions for Dhoti and Shirt collections.
- Event Execution: Plan and execute field events like pop-up stores and fashion shows to showcase the collection.
- Customer Engagement: Oversee customer interactions, gather feedback, and promote loyalty programs.
- Sales Support & Lead Generation: Assist in driving sales through direct engagement and follow-up with leads.
- Market Research: Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Brand Visibility:



Increase brand awareness through local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and distributing promotional materials.
- Reporting: Track team performance, report on activities, and suggest strategy improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Min 5 years in field marketing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fashion or traditional attire.
- Skills: Robust leadership, communication, event management, and market research abilities. Passion for traditional wear and knowledge of Dhoti and Shirt collections.
