Qualification

- MBA in Hospitality Management (Preferred)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management may also be considered.

Experience

- 1–2 years of teaching or industry experience in Hospitality, Front Office, or Housekeeping.
- Fresh candidates with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom sessions in Hospitality Management, with a focus on Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Conduct classes from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM as per the academic timetable.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical sessions.

Student Mentoring

- Mentor and guide students regarding academics, grooming, attendance, and career development.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and provide regular feedback.
- Track student progress and support placement readiness.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assign faculty classes as per the academic schedule.
- Monitor student attendance and follow up with absent students through phone calls.
- Maintain academic records, attendance reports, and daily activity reports.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the management.
- Support admission counselling, orientation programmes, and institutional events whenever required.
- Perform additional academic and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
- Good mentoring and counselling abilities.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
