Role Summary:
The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning workplace that supports the holistic development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities as per the curriculum.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and organization.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

- Graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in preschool teaching.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
