- Order management (order processing) and customer service.
- Communication of orders with the Customers and warehouses.
- Resolving customer queries and complaint.
- Sending pending order report of warehouses.
- Publishing MIS report for business visibility.
- payment follow up with customer.
- Coordination with Customer/ Warehouse/ planning team / Accounts.
· Graduation with Min.1 – 2 years of Work Experience
Proficient in MS – Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
