We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pickup Executive to join our Operations team. In this entry-level role, you'll be crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely pickup of our clients' shipments. You'll work closely with our courier partners to coordinate pickups, resolve any issues that arise, and maintain efficient flow from client to carrier.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pickup Coordination: Daily coordination with various courier partners to schedule and confirm pickups of client shipments, ensuring all necessary details are accurately communicated.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues related to pickups, such as delayed collections, no-shows, or discrepancies, by liaising effectively with courier partners and internal teams.
- Communication & Updates: Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders (e.g., Client Success, Sales) regarding pickup statuses and any potential delays or resolutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all pickup activities, communications, and issue resolutions within our operational systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in logistics operations, courier coordination,



dispatch, or a similar role, preferably within the logistics or courier industry. Freshers with relevant internships or strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective coordination.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Tech Aptitude: Basic proficiency in using computers and comfortable learning new operational software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
