Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, generating new business opportunities, presenting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing clients to promote company products/services.
- Generate recent leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM/sales database.
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,505.32 - ₹30,106.44 per month
