Position: HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all levels including sales, operations, support, and leadership roles.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
- Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire. HR Generalist Functions
- Manage the complete employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance management, engagement, and separation.
- Handle probation reviews, performance improvement plans (PIP), and disciplinary processes. Address employee grievances and ensure fair, transparent resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and cultural alignment. Statutory Compliance & Payroll Coordination
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Performance & HR Operations
- Support leadership in implementing performance management systems and appraisal cycles. Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and dashboards for management reporting. Analyze HR data to support decision‑making and organizational planning. Support organizational development initiatives and change management. Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity.
- Solid organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting.
