Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and willing to perform general office duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Assist in office opening and closing activities.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office-related items.
- Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure pantry items are stocked and organized.
- Dispose of office waste and maintain hygiene standards.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.





Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Basic knowledge of office etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
