About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Ads Specialist who has hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, comfortable working with AI tools, and always updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- A/B test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms to improve campaign planning, ad copy, and creative ideation.




- Track budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spending.
- Identify new growth opportunities and suggest cutting-edge advertising strategies.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, remarketing, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Knowledge of social media trends, consumer behavior, and performance marketing.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
