Job Description

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and contribute to business growth through effective client engagement and lead generation.

Note: Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are requested not to apply, as this position is intended for professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospects professionally through calls, emails, and messages
- Generate and qualify leads for business development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
- Participate in training sessions and continuously enhance product and sales knowledge




- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift (including night shifts)
- Work from Office
- Must have a personal laptop

Salary & Employment Details

- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month during the probation period
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Employment confirmation after successful completion of probation
- Post-confirmation salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on performance)
- Additional performance-based incentives/bonus applicable

Work Schedule

- 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
