- Minimum qualification

- Diploma with min 6-8 years of Experience / Degree with min 5+ years of experience in Mechanical along with Preferably - ASNT LEVEL II (RT, UT, LPT, MPT)

- Minimum experience

3 – 4 yrs. (NDT Level 2 Certification) UT, PT, MPT, VT & RT.

- Responsibilities

- KRA for Job Site role-

- Preparation and implementation of QA/QC Procedures, Quality Assurance & Inspection Test Plan as per Client Technical Specification API, ASTM, DIN, BS, ISO etc

- Have knowledge & hands-On experience of preparing and compliance of QC documents- Daily Inspection Reports, compliances, FQP, WPS, IMIR, ITP etc and respective record maintaining.

- Understanding and implementation of inspection activities like- Fitup Inspection (Pre-Assembly), Weld visual, LPT, etc.

- Perform PQR & welder qualification test.

- Review of WPS,



PQR and conducting WQT and preparation of reports and documents for final acceptance of clients.

- Daily welder handling for site welding activities ( Pipe, Plate & Small Structural Members) of materials like- SS, CS & MS with various diameter, schedule & thickness range.

- Have knowledge & hands-On experience of preparing and compliance of QC documents- Daily Inspection Reports, compliances etc

- Inspection of Structural steel fabrication.

- Inspection of Piping fabrication.

- Study of drawings, inspection and test plan and customer requirements for the projects.

- Review of radiographs &Witness; of UT, MT, PT & VT shall be an extra advantage.
