Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site / Installation Supervisor to oversee the execution and installation of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail and commercial interiors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site execution and installation of retail, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure installation work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Allocate manpower and manage subcontractors for efficient execution.
- Ensure quality control during installation and resolve site issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Production and Design teams for timely material delivery and technical clarifications.
- Inspect materials received at the site and report any shortages or damages.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs.
- Conduct snag inspections and ensure timely closure before project handover.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Maintain proper documentation,



including work reports, material records, and site photographs.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and furniture installation.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and shop drawings.
- Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
- Good understanding of carpentry, fabrication, electrical, civil, painting, and finishing works.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD (Basic understanding)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Project reporting tools (Preferred)

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or installation of retail/commercial interior projects.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing and interior fit-out execution is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in retail stores, showrooms, offices, and commercial fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation and site finishing activities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
