Study Counselor – Study Visa

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Study Counselor to join our Study Visa. The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing suitable study programs and destinations while assisting them throughout the admission and study visa process.

Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding international education opportunities
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and universities
- Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, and application timelines
- Assist students with application forms and documentation
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
- Coordinate with universities and partner institutions
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
- Achieve counseling and enrollment targets
- Stay updated with study visa policies and international education trends

Requirements

- Previous experience in study visa counseling or education consultancy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Knowledge of study abroad destinations such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
- Confidence in counseling students and parents
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
