Assistant Manager / Manager – Maintenance (Mall Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall maintenance operations of the mall (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, etc.).
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities such as DG sets, transformers, chillers, lifts, and escalators.
- Conduct regular preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external vendors/contractors.
- Monitor AMC contracts and ensure timely servicing of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory norms.
- Coordinate with tenants for maintenance-related issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance logs,



equipment performance, and service schedules.
- Control maintenance budget and monitor expenses.
- Ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted mall operations.
